3. Objectives: 
   Exchange updates and related information regarding to the Lambda networking.
   Possible agenda will include, lambda networking in KR/TW/JP/..., IEEAF,
   brief report of GLIF workshop, Tokyo--CERN OC-192 experiment, etc.
4. Target audience:
   No specific "passive audience" is assumed. The BOF will be arranged with
   interrupt-free informal presentations and discussions.
5. Expected number of participants:
   20
6. Preferred time(e.g. 1.25 tue morning): 
   Anytime in Jan 26/27, but should not be conflicting with NOC meetings,
   North/South network planning groups, and other layer-3 or below related
   sessions.
7. Number of sessions(one session is 90 minutes):
   90min is fine

   Akira Kato is going to solicite presetations in late December.
