 Legal Issues And Security Of Advanced Networks In Asia Pacific

 Objectives :  

It is proposed to hold a 1.5 hours workshop on legal issues concerning security of advanced networks in Asia Pacific. Today advanced networks all over the world and specifically in Asia Pacific are increasingly under threat from a variety of challenges. Different countries have started adopting different mechanisms for addressing legal issues concerning security of advanced networks.

It is proposed to hold a 1.5 hours workshop on the said subject during the APAN meeting in New Delhi. Distinguished speakers would be invited and various aspects pertaining to the said subject would be discussed.

The said workshop would also help to demonstrate the thought leadership of APAN on legal issues concerning security of advanced networks in Asia Pacific.

The session would be moderated by Mr. Pavan Duggal, Advocate, Supreme Court of India and President, Cyberlaw Asia.
