Selection Process

Step1: APAN Member submits an application to the Chair of the Event Committee, using the APAN Event Hosting Application Form

Step 2: The Chair circulates the application among the Committee Members

- When the committee approves the application, the Chair shall submit the application to the APAN Committee Chair.

- Upon approval by the APAN Committee Chair, the Chair shall notify the applicants of the approval of hosting the APAN Event. In regard to APAN Member Meeting, APAN Committee Chair must obtain an approval by the APAN Committee members.

Step 3: The applicant shall submit an evaluation report to Event Committee Chair.
